Sun Service provided a quote on a solar system that was supposed to offset 110% of my usage. This would result in my bills being $1 a month.After installation it wasn't producing anywhere close that amount. I called and they suggest I needed to wait a bit later in the year to see that production ramp up and would meet the original production estimates. After waiting as agreed the production was still not at the level agreed to when I purchased. I called back and this time they raised my issues to the owner (John Hamilton) he called me back after a few weeks. He asked me to send all in details of my original proposal and all APS bill. He said he would call back in a few days..A few days came an past an John never called. I left numerous messages and finally a month later I caught him in his cell phone. He committed to resolving the issues and later that evening left me a message that their software miscalculated and my system was fine. How can my system be fine when it costing 98X the amount that was quoted? I asked John to have another call to make sure I understood what there plan was so this could be resolved and also so this wouldn't happen to anyone else. He has completely gone silent and has not responded at all. Also I told John they never provided the paperwork for the TAX credit and I still don't have that! Beware of what this company propose to you and they will not back it up and go silent on you,
