Sunny Energy installed my solar system and I've had problems ever since. They have an answering service that screens their calls so you can never speak to anyone about your problems. When you are able to schedule a service call they do not arrive during the appointment time. I would never, never consider using them again. Wish I had known what they are like before I paid a lot of money for my system.

Thinking SolarSkip Sunny Energy located in ********. I was told after the roof was installed that their technicians would install the panels, battery & in 2-3 days. The roof was finished in mid March. I finally got the **************** installed in May. I hear different things that need to be finished, fire alarm installed, 40 amp breaker, APS has to install the meter. I cant get anybody at Sunny to tell me a timeline for clearing up any installation issues, the meter. Its now the end of June, 107 degree. Sunny is 3 months late, Ive spent thousands with Sunny and have not received a dime in solar savings. Whats worse is I cant get any answers on when the project will be completed.

Sunny Energy has proven to be a company lacking honesty and integrity. Our experience with them involved misleading information about pricing, seemingly driven by their own financial motives. Their choice of financing company has also left much to be desired. It is imperative not to place blind trust in the statements made by any sales representatives affiliated with this company, especially concerning payment terms and interest rates. It is wise to request explicit details about daily interest rates, a critical piece of information that they conveniently overlook, leading to unexpected additional charges.Trust is the cornerstone of any successful business relationship, and unfortunately, Sunny Energy has failed significantly in cultivating that trust with its customers. It is also suggested to exercise caution with other entities such as "Veteran Solar" and "Dividend," as our experiences have revealed marketing tactics that *** not align with the reality of the services provided.It is important to be mindful of sales tactics that prioritize closing deals over the best interests of the customer. Detailed discussions about the financing terms, including any undisclosed daily interest charges, are essential to making informed decisions. Our own unfortunate experience has resulted in significant financial strain due to the hidden aspects of the agreements and the accumulating debt. Caution and thorough research are paramount when engaging with companies like these to avoid finding oneself in a precarious financial situation.

My system has been up and running for about a month now, no problems and all good. Sunny Energy installed when they said they would and were always punctual. The inverter and panels are all top quality. The entire system has a 25 year warranty so no worries.

If you are not familiar with solar energy this is a trustworthy company to go with. If you are familiar, and have special requests, they will accommodate. All the people are dedicated to making sure the customer is satisfied. They coordinate all the permits and inspections which makes the process easy and is assured to meet all requirements. They even painted the conduit to meet HOA requirements. Install is very nice looking.

Our new solar system from Sunny Energy was recently turned on and it is performing as expected. Our experience with Sunny Energy was top-notch from start to finish. The price they provided after the initial consultation did not change, they were prompt and courteous at each step of the process, informed us about delays that were out of their control and explained the system thoroughly. I recommend them highly.

There were a lot of great reviews for Sunny Energy when we decided to go with them in December of 2022 and it was one of the reasons why we decided to go with Sunny Energy. I was most impressed by people saying what a great service experience they received. It's now May of 2023, the solar has been installed for about two months. After the contract was signed the process was fast and Sunny Energy did everything they needed to do and there were no delays on their part. Everyone communicated along the way. All the communication was professional and timely. When there were delays in the process it was in no way Sunny Energy's fault. The biggest delay was after the system was completely installed and we had to wait for APS to give the Permission to Operate. In fact, once they had approval and permits and could move forward with the installation, they had an opening and they installed four days later.The crew that came out to do the installation was great and did a good job. They were easy to talk to and listened to what we had to say. The installation was rather painless and went well.Our solar system is generating enough energy now that we are receiving credits from APS and electric bills for $0 with additional dollar credits still on file with them.I am pleased with the solar system that was purchased, the time to install, the work that was done and the system is operating as promised. I am also thrilled with the SolarEdge inverter and the app that goes with it and would highly recommend that people ask for the SolarEdge inverter and support equipment. If I need any additions to my solar system in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Sunny Energy.

Sunny Energy did a great job! They provided good customer service and communication, and the final product is an attractive addition to our home. I felt confident throughout this installation because of the professionalism of Sunny Energy staff. Keep up the good work.

Sunny did a great job with all the steps for installing Solar. They took care of all the paperwork with SRP, the **********************, etc. Installation was quick and done well. Producing the energy they promised and ********************************* did a training session to make sure I understood my system, the app to monitor energy production and how to maximize my savings. Sunny kept me informed every step of the way and was very helpful and responsive in resolving an issue I had come up.
