We purchased four shades a year and a half ago and now one of the shades is coming apart. I tried to call and the business is apparently closed. The product barely lasted outside their one year warranty and now I am left high and dry. Thats stinks that they knew they were not going to be around to support a product I paid a lot of money to get.Initial Complaint

We purchased a sun screen for out patio from this company in 2018.We paid $6360.00. The screen is coming apart. A tech came out to look and said it needed to be replaced. I was in contact by phone and email and thought I was on the right track. But the emails stopped. Phone is disconnected and now maps is saying the business is permanently closed. The screen part itself has a 10 year warranty. The girl I talked to last said the manufacturer is not producing screens for warranties and her boss was looking for a different alternative.I have emails saved.
