I came out of my home on 4/5/23 with a note that says sorry we missed you for this ***************** It is extremely misleading to put something like that on somebodys door. I am not comfortable with somebody putting something on my door like this when they have no reason to be there.

Company labeled as Next Day Delivery Company came to screen door and taped a note to the door with a confirmation ID and advised to call. It doesn't state that it is not regarding a package but does state any information could be used for marketing materials once provided. I was at home at the time, my dogs were barking at the person and they walked past my door bell to tape to the door. Additionally, when calling the company refuses to provide any information about what they called the "package" wanting to verify all your personal details. I didn't share and asked to no longer be contacted with a note on my door, they only stated thank you and hung up.

The "next day delivery company" leaves a note on your door saying they just missed you and to call number them. When you call the number they gather as much information on you to sell to other companies. In my case, they did not miss me. I was working from home. I heard the note being placed on my door. I would have heard a knock or a ring if I could hear the note being placed on the door. I opened my door and saw the guy who placed it getting back into his car. Gave him a little ******. He did not look back. I gave him a louder yell to get his attention. He drove off. I ran into the street waving my arms. (Keep in mind I'm thinking he is trying to deliver a package.) He continued to drive off. I called the number on the note and they are just selling stuff to me.This company is just selling stuff to new homeowners. Feel free to throw out the note they leave on your door.

This is the second time since we have moved into a new house that we have received fake notices taped to our door saying that we missed a delivery from Next Day Delivery Company. There is no package and they are just looking to collect personal information (I did not share ours)

I had an official looking "Sorry We Missed You" notification attached to my door which I responded to because I am expecting several packages to be delivered to me this week. When I called, I was told to a verification number would be sent to my phone but instead a message with a link was received. I was told to click on the box within the notice to accept the terms before they could discuss my "deliveries". It turns out my "delivery" was a notice from the *** security company for setting up an in-person home consultation visit for a security system. By checking the box in the message they sent to me I gave this company permission to have my info sold to other companies for advertising purposes. This is a predatory marketing tactic!!! I want my name removed from ALL businesses that this company has sold my information to. How are they allowed to deceive people this way???

      Hello,

Thank you for your concern, we have submitted your request for DNC as we would any other request. This notice is intended for advertising as it says on the front "this is not an attempt to delivery" as well as the T&C's listed show it is to assist with marketing of product. Opting in when on a call is in compliance with state and federal law. Thank you for calling and if we can do anything more to help please let us know.

Summary - Next Day Delivery, LLC leaves you a card pretending to be a delivery service, but they are not. They appear are a ***************** that wants to sell your data to other companies. Do not call the number or visit the website and provide them with your information. Details:"Next Day Delivery" is a deceptive company that pretends to be a "delivery" service, but really wants to phish for your information. The company leaves a card saying "SORRY WE MISSED YOU" on your property, and pretends to be a delivery service (as their company name indicates). The card looks similar to the notifications from ************ and *** and contains your name, address, confirmation ID, and a fake barcode. The company is not attempting to make a delivery; they are only interested in you confirming your data to sell to other companies. I called the number and asked who is attempting to send me a package. The representative was already in possession of my name and phone number. In order to reveal who was "sending a package," I was sent a text to verify my information, and agree to the terms and conditions. I didn't provide all of the information, and the representative noticed. She asked me to finish providing the information, which I provided fake information. Next, the representative said that I was receiving a "Welcome Package" from the neighborhood. She asked me personal questions about my property, which I declined to answer. Further, the representative tried selling me additional promotional services. At that point, I got off the phone as soon as possible. I asked the company to delete my information, which they agreed.

At least three times within the last two weeks I have received a 'Sorry We Missed You!' notice taped to my front door. I live in a gated community and they are sneaking into the community to do this.

On 1/19/2022, I had a "Sorry We Missed You" delivery notification left on my door. It had a bar code and look very official. When you call the number on the notification, they force you to click on an *** text to confirm your identity, When do you that, they then tell you they are selling different services like solar and the like. It is a predatory advertising tactic. The link in the *** is actually a consent to receive their advertisements, emails, and phone calls. There is then no way to opt out of this consent. I asked for a supervisor to call and received no call. I called the the number back to make sure that NO ONE from them or their affiliates would be contacting me, and the women on the phone was condescending and rude. This company should not be able to do this type of advertising. They will not tell you what the matter is about until you click on the consent. It appears to be something they are delivering to you. So you are at the mercy of the *** message in order to find out what they are contacting you about.
