Parked in a location on Sunday night to check in with an apartment complex. After leaving I decided to grab food. I came out and despite being a prospective resident they towed my car for it being 5 minutes past the leasing office close ON A SUNDAY NIGHT while I had actual business there. Once I called the person on the phone talked to me like some type of subhuman trash. Absolute condescending abuse. I was charged $155 for legally parking my car and getting it towed by this company. Impossible to have any sort of reconciliation when the company cares less about people than they do a bug on the ground.

I had arrived at the *********** to retrieve my vehicle. The first 5 seconds of arriving, the owner was just horribly rude told me "I needed to f****** wait for him to finish". ***** proceeded to wait with my 3 young children for over 30 minutes, when he finally came he was so rude telling me he to shut the f*** up that he didn't care about my son story and I need to pay the $155 to get my vehicle. I am knowledgeable with towing so I do know that unless it's a police tow you do not have to pay to get your vehicle so when I let him know I was going to call the police he proceeded to call me a "fucking nigger" told me to give him my keys and meet me at my car. I proceeded to doo so, he was very irate ******* me, I was absolutely afraid, he then proceeded to tell me he wouldn't give me my car because of the expired tags and he began to rush towards me and I ended up in the street. He pulled his toe car out, proceeding to leave and close the gate so I walked to him to ask him to wait for the police and everything just went downhill, he ended up chasing me around the car I was in, jumping on the vehicle. When we tried to leave, he threw 6 huge rubber tires in the middle of the road preventing us from leaving. He was ramming his body into our car like a bull. Instead of him calling the police as well, he called another tow guy who tried to block us in with his tow truck and tried to tow the car we were in. It was just absolutely insane. I'm crying just writing this because I've never encountered such evil and rage in my life. This man should never be allowed to run a business ever!

On Friday, February 23, 2024, my car was towed and impounded by Zip Tow at ***************** in *****, ******* around 10 p.m. after doing business at Buffalo Exchange at approximately 8:00 p.m. and then walking down ***********. The only visible sign behind our row of parking spaces reads: "Customers Only -- No Exceptions" (see uploaded file). Upon return, the parking lot was cleared of all vehicles and I was charged a $120 impound fee, a $15 per day additional storage fee, and a $20 after hours gate fee, for a total of $155.00, at their office located 2.3 miles away (****************************.). There is no additional signage specifying overnight hours or business times. Local patrons of ***** businesses deserve better!

A driver who calls himself ****** towed a vehicle when the occupants ran into a residents apartment at ************. They were inside for ten minutes. ****** he was just waiting for anyone to park to move and essentially steal a vehicle to extort money. Then when my daughter called, as he was literally still driving the vehicle, he told her and her friend to go to their tow-yard, wait for a white truck, and they would be let-in. It was in a dark alley in a sketchy part of town. He then drove by, she called to confirm it was him, he said yes, and then just drive away leaving them in the alley alone. Luckily for them as they approached the gate they ran other women he had done this to. My daughter called him again to ask what was going on, he was rude and called her a ducking b**** And then when another woman called him he did the same to her. And he he blatantly violated the law by not notifying the police he was towing my daughters friends vehicle. They also violated the law by coercing significantly more than the $120 base fee, by coercing $155. This business is clearly in the practice of unprofessionalism, coercion, and violating the law.

I called to get a vehicle towed out of my spot and was told it is good to go and when I call back to get a status as I was headed up and wanted to see if the vehicle was moved *** then proceeded to tell me there was not a vehicle in the spot and that I need to take photos? Why would I call and then get help just to call back and get told Im lying basically. *** said he would notate the file for a truck driver not to come? I asked what I did wrong as a customer by calling in a vehicle in my spothe said are you a customer? Are you paying us? I said no but I am calling for a service and now I cant get the service and didnt know why and that zip tow has a contract with the apartment complexI then had my friend check the spot as I sent a text to him due to *** making me. At that point I said the vehicle is still in the spot and *** said okay and did not tell me if a tow truck would come or not. So then I call back and get ***** who was of some assistance but was very hostile as wellI was notified that the calls are recorded and I am requesting ******* pull the call I have a disability and I am unable to walk if my spot is takenI sat in the car for an hour due to my wheelchair not being present. I pay for my spot each month and I dont deserve this at all.
