WISH promises a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if product is not deliver on the promised date. I ordered and item with express delivery by November 29th or money back guarantee. I did not receive the product until 12/1. When I complained they used the excuse of the pandemic. I have ordered many many things during pandemic and never had a problem. All I want is my MONEY BACK GUARANTEE as promised.Initial Complaint

i ordered N-95 masks from Wish, an on-line "any and everything" company. I've always had good service with them in the past ordering the mask. This past september, I received four bundles of masks that weren't what i ordered. I contacted them, uploaded a pic as requested. They acknowledged that the masks were not as advertised and pretended as though they wanted to resolve the issue by asking again and again for a pic. I said, ive uploaded the pic, you know this because you've already acknowledged i didn't get what was advertised. then it was upload a pic of the packaging, which i don't have , but I've already paid for the mask!!! so i asked for their address so that i could just simply send the mask back...they wouldn't even do that. no phone calls/everything done on line. The masks are suppose to say KN-95/ not those other letters and they're not thick, thin as paper. useless.
