      They came out on Tuesday 1-17-2023 to replace my windshield and I told them I had a headsup display and automatic rain sensing tech and needed a Windshield that was correct for both. They claimed to have one and the guy came out and put in the wrong windshield. My headsup display does not work and I called them to have a guy come out to put in the correct windshield. He came out today on 1-18-2023 to install the correct windshield and right away out of the truck he made excuses on that he had to wait for the guy to cure from the wrong windshield before he could replace it. Every one of us has glued down something only only to remember we need to remove it again. So, every one knows that you pull it up and scrape the wet glue away and re-glue the correct part with new glue and it's fixed. This whole wait until it cures is for the companies benefit of making it easier for their worker and has nothing to do with safety. They lie through their teeth to their customers and that is not customer service. Tried to offer me restaurant vouchers when I called the company to complain. Also refused to give me the owners phone number when they made excuses to try and make me wait days for them to do their job completely. They need to have their rating dropped over this nonsense and lying to customers and using safety as an excuse to make work easier for them.

      Good morning, 

      Please be advised that we have been in direct contact with this customer since the issue came about, the day after the install. We explained to the customer that we cannot service the warranty until the glue dries from the initial install, which he now understands. We have him scheduled for the warranty on Saturday (the soonest appointment we could schedule him to ensure we are following all safety protocols). I am unsure why this complaint was filed as we have been handling this matter within a timely fashion and within the safety guidelines for warranties.
