I am writing to file a formal complaint against Apex Air and Cooling due to their unresponsive behavior and the significant inconvenience caused by their outdated contact information and inaccurate estimate during a recent ** repair service.The incident occurred on July 14th, 2023, when I engaged Apex Heating & Air LLC to repair my air conditioning system at my property located at ******************************************************************. Unfortunately, the experience with the company was deeply unsatisfactory, leading to a prolonged period without **, resulting in extreme discomfort for my tenants.The primary concerns I wish to address are as follows:Outdated and Unresponsive Contact Information: Despite my repeated attempts to contact them through their phone number *************], I always heard that this number dailed did not exists. The outdated number hindered my ability to reach them and seek immediate assistance during a time-sensitive situation.Inaccurate Estimate Leading to Delays: When Apex Heating & Air finally acknowledged my service request, they provided an inaccurate estimate for the repair work. This led to further delays in resolving the ** issue, resulting in the tenants being without a functioning ** system for an unacceptable duration of five days.Due to the prolonged period of discomfort caused by Apex Heating & AIr LLC,s negligence, the tenants were compelled to seek alternative living arrangements temporarily. This forced them to move out of our home during the sweltering heat, leading to additional expenses and significant inconvenience.I urge BBB to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Apex Heating & Air LLC for their unprofessional conduct and failure to provide the necessary and timely services. I believe that their behavior demonstrates a lack of accountability and disregard for the well-being of their customers.(I need the refund of service fee $125)Thank you!Sincerely,
