      Excellent service! Professional and well trained technicians. Quick service when our A/C had an issue. No comparison to the company that we used a week ago ( obviously that company did not properly repair our system).

      ***** and **** were professional in every since of the word.Parker and sons responded to my call and promptly sent technicians to remedy the issue with my hot water heater.They are a little pricy, but i am a very satisfied customer.

      I am writing this in response to the service I received from Parker and Sons on 7/9/2024. After diagnosing the issue, the technician informed us that the fan motor on our a/c unit had failed. He went on to say that they could replace the fan motor immediately so that we would have a/c but recommended replacing the unit due to it's age. We opted to replace the motor and were quoted a cost of $1299.00 installed. The work took approximately one hour to replace. Regretfully, I agreed to the installation and paid the invoice. After the technician left I began to question the cost and looked on the web for the cost of the motor. The motor used was an Azure model# *****. and can be purchased for less than $200. When I called Parker and Sons, I expressed my concern and asked for an itemized invoice. I was informed that they do not provide material costs on invoices, which makes sense because who would accept a $1100 in labor costs for an hour of work?The person I spoke to on the phone said that she could not help me but that she would have a supervisor call me in the next 24 hours. It is now a week later, and I have yet to hear from anyone.I contacted another HVAC company for an estimate on a new unit. When the estimator arrived, I asked what they would charge to install a new fan motor on our a/c unit, and he quoted me $480.Based on this experience I am now convinced that previous work done by Parker and Sons (April 2024), replacing 3 components was also massively over charged at $1595.00. At the very least I believe that Parker and Sons owes me a refund of $800 for the recent work they performed. Since no one at Parker and Sons was concerned enough to contact me I decided to post this review and will also be terminating my Parker Family Plan for biannual maintenance.

      The technician ******** was outstanding. He performed a complete inspection and repair. Even in the heat. He explained the issue. He pointed out the failure and pointed out that the air conditioner us under sized.
