Abilla River. The homes and property were great several years ago when I first moved in Jan 2020. Over the years they have changed management and have fallen into slum level homes. Maintenance are unskilled and repairs take anywhere from 5 months to never, to get completed. They **** repairs as completed when they are not. They leave things half done and never come back. They leave electrical wiring exposed and electrical shorts through out the house that were never addressed. The pool turned into a cess pool and was closed by the city for human biological contamination. The landscaping keeps getting worse, they cut down trees and bushes that are diseased and infested with bugs but never replace anything. Landscapers come to the property and spend the day lounging in the pool area without doing anything. Sidewalks are covered with dog f**** and never cleaned up. The rent drop box got pried open and rent checks were stolen. The front gate is always broken and the side walk in gate has no lock on it at all. Homeless people sleeping in the pool area bathrooms, pool showers do not work. Not enough parking and people allowed to park in fire zones so no one can drive through. The management is rude and disrespectful if you ever do get them to call you back. They charge administrative fees for everything, to complete your bill, to pay with a credit card, to even report your on time payments to the credit bureau, and one that was just called an administrative fee with no explanation. Rent went up more than 20% in one year, with a decline in property and management. Paying more and getting way less. What was once a nice property is now in my opinion way less than even average. When people try to move out they become aggressive and hostile. Making threatening statements and yelling. Very unprofessional. So many other way better places available in ******. Don't be fooled by the nice attitude to get you in, it all changes after you sign the lease. Not recommended!!
