Terrible place. unsafe and unclean. homeless roam the back buildings and sleep on the stairs. security protocol is a joke. ****************** never even shows up after you call. I've lived here about a month with my 4yr old child and 3 times i have had to step over homeless people to get my kid down the stairs to go to school. the buildings have roofs that are falling apart. There are several apartments that have been broken into and the doors and windows are busted. broken glass that maintenance never picks up... been there for 2 months now. maintenance rides his scooter over it everytime he goes through the building. Even if your apartment has a leak they take days or weeks even months to fix it. there's even worse stories from other residents... Many apartments are bug infested. ****** at the office is dismissive and childish at best and when you try to speak business to understand things that were not explained clearly they get "offended" and no longer provide service to you. i wasn't even upset i just wanted to know why the credit received wasn't applied in full to the first month and was instead split amongst the first three months. she took offense to my question then asked one of her coworkers to assist and ya at least the coworker she was helpful. i wasnt even gonna post this because the other lady was so nice and helpful but this last time taking my kid to school and having to maneuver past homeless is just ridiculous and if you have family just stay away from here... its terrible. They provide adt security systems and door locks that are non functioning. they have known since the day i moved in that the code didnt work and that the system was malfunctioning... its been almost 2 months trying to get it fixed. overall the experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing almost infuriating.
