I bought a PSE Fang HD crossbow on 9-1-21 and registered it with PSE with SN# 2738615 Part #: 01338VW. During the end of the 2023 bow season as I was cocking the bow I heard a cracking sound and at first light observed that the right limbs had cracked. Was able to safely decock my bow. Was finally able to get my bow to the PSE dealer bow shop where I purchased it in March 2024 where the bow shop had 3 other PSE Fang crossbows in for the same reason. After considerable time had passed I contracted the pro shop and they advised me that they are waiting on limbs from PSE. I contacted PSE directly twice in July 2024 to ask what was the hold up. They advised me that they couldn’t give me any information and that they could only talk with the pro shop where I purchased my bow. I inquired about the warranty and requested a full refund and kept getting the same remarks from the customer service representative. I contacted the pro shop again and they advised they have contacted PSE multiple times and had no response on when limbs would arrive. I had to end up buying a new crossbow to be able to hunt the 2024 season. I’m requesting a full refund including all the accessories I purchased and would like a response from PSE.

In Mid January I brought my compound bow to be repaired at the Cabelas Store in Richfield Wisconsin. For five months on at least four occasions I had to go to the store call PSE (Precision Shooting Equipment) give them my Credit Card information and the stores shipping address. Each time parts ordered never to arrive and PSE claiming they didn't know what was going on. In June the parts arrived and I went to the store to try the bow. It immediately blew apart. Strings and cables everywhere. It was then sent to PSE. After another month and a have it came back. Still missing pieces to complete the bow. I have tried PSE and Cabelas corporate but no one will reply.

I bought a PSE drive 3b two years ago. I had a limb crack after about 60 shots, took it back to the shop and they replaced the limb, I got it out last week to practice for deer season after about 9 shots the limb cracked again, I called PSE and they told me that I need to take it back to the shop to get it fixed, I asked about getting a new bow since this was the second issue I had. I was told that it has to happen a 3rd time to get a new bow. I took it bach to my local shop, had it replaced shot 6 times and it cracked. I got in touch with ***** *******. PSE charged me 396 dollars for a year newer bow, and I had to pay another 83 dollars to ship the old bow back. I got the new box and had issues for the start. I'm 900+ dollars in a 600 dollar bow.

In 2014 I bought a new PSE X-Force Drive LT compound bow from an authorized PSE dealer. I have had it regularly serviced by PSE authorized dealers to meet all the lifetime warranty requirements. This fall, the bow suffered a catastrophic material failure that should be covered by the factory warranty. I have repeatedly contacted PSE myself and after finally getting them on the phone, they told me that they don't deal directly with customers, but I needed to work through a dealer. I took the bow into a dealer, and now PSE won't answer the dealer either after the dealer asked about the warranty. PSE only answered the question about replacement parts, saying that none were available. PSE appears to be intentionally not honoring their lifetime warranty by ignoring all warranty questions. The dealer I took the bow to said that PSE is notorious among dealers for not honoring their warranty.
