            February 1, 2021, AZ Turf King(AW Turf) was paid $7,750 to install turf and pavers in our backyard. The turf has since bent and is not standing up straight, the way it should. The owner, ***** Fruit, has misled us for 4 months, trying to say he'll come out but does not. He avoids calls and texts or lies about when he'll visit. He has now falsely accused us of spraying products on our grass, although this is false. We have a 2 year warranty on it for labor and I believe he is trying to evade us. He claimed to visit our home on 2/7/22 but we were home all day, have cameras and ***** did not come. He said he was in our yard with a magnifying glass. ***** Fruit needs to be held accountable for our contract that was signed in February 2021.

            I had turf installed by AZTurfKing and was very happy with the entire process. *****, the owner came out and measured and provided a quote via email the next day. He came out the day of the installation, his installers were professional and courteous. I had a new beautiful backyard by the time I got home from work that day. I feel the cost was fair and *****, once again, came out after the job was complete to assure that I was pleased with the end result. I highly recommend ************.
