      I used the Broadway location. I had a small job and they did an awesome job. I have used them before and the customer service and tech staff are excellent. It is refreshing to know that you can still get a great job coupled with friendly, professional service.       Excellent service. Excellent communication and contacts. They repaired our Outback and then washed and detailed it inside and out before we picked it up. The repair looks like new. We highly recommend National Collision at Broadway and Swan.

      I have never been so agrivated with a business before. My car needed a simple repair from a fender ****** and it has been in the shop for just about three months now. They never bothered to call me the first two months to give me updates, instead, I had to keep calling every week. Every week they told me it should be done by the end of next week. I decided to go into the shop after two months to see what was going on and found out that they hadn't even started reassembling my car yet. I had to call my insurance adjuster on speaker phone in front of the staff because he had been telling me they paid them and that they could've been working on it this whole time. It's coming up on three months and I still don't have my car which is deviating because I use my car for work. I would strongly advise people not to use this body shop.

      **************, we understand your frustration over the time it has taken to complete the repairs on your vehicle. When you brought your vehicle to our shop on February 28th, 2022, you had a preliminary estimate from your insurance company written two months before, on December 23rd, 2021. That preliminary estimate, based on a basic visual inspection, was $2,899.23. *Please note on the 4th page of this preliminary estimate, your insurance company stated "This is a damage assessment only-based on damage visible or certain at the time it was written." Once the vehicle was disassembled at our shop, we discovered additional damage not on the original estimate. A more complete and thorough estimate was prepared resulting in additional costs of $4,556.80 for a total of $7,456.03. It was NOT a "simple fender ******"; there was significant damage to the front bumper and grill, hood, fender, cowl, door, radiator, A/C, and headlights. This estimate supplement was submitted to your insurance company for approval. We could not order parts or begin the repairs until we had authorization from your insurance company. Your insurance company informed us that they were deciding whether your vehicle was a total loss or if we could proceed with repairs and would let us know when they had a decision. On April 12th, our records indicate "Repair Delay: Authorization-Waiting on Insurance." The phone call you made to your adjuster from our office with our estimator present was to find out why it was taking them so long to proceed with authorizing the repairs. Immediately upon receiving authorization from your insurance company, we ordered the parts necessary to begin repairing your vehicle. Our records show that we notified you on 4/28 that there was a part that was on national back order with no ETA for availability. Like every other industry, we are subject to supply chain issues affecting parts availability. Until that part arrived, we were at a standstill on your vehicle. We want nothing more than to have satisfied customers driving away in their vehicle within a reasonable time frame. In this case, the delays waiting for authorization and waiting on back-ordered parts have created a frustrating situation. Be assured that we are working diligently to have you and your vehicle safely back on the road as soon as possible.
