This shop is absolutely the most unprofessional shop I’ve ever come across in my entire life. In June of 2023 I took a vehicle to him for a number of things that were supposed to be done. 10 months later and not even a quarter of the work that was set and already 50% paid had been done. Then when I get the vehicle back to get the work elsewhere, parts are missing and the workers refuse to get into contact with Jorge about it and tell me that “Nothing is going to get done with that attitude.” I’m honestly not sure how this business hasn’t been shut down with everything that these people do. They also lie blatantly lie about being being BBB accredited and having A+ ratings on their instagram.Initial Complaint

Pinky's has had our truck since 11/6/2023. They received payment la of over $10,000 from my insurance company. I went to their facility for an update on 11/21/2023. The pictures attached are the conditions of the truck that day. I gave them my direct contact information and asked them to give me an update and a date when the truck will be complete. I've attached my texts reaching out with no response. I have not received a call or an update and still do not have my truck. I do not want my personal information shared with the business however I want my truck repaired and returned asap.Initial Complaint

Pinkys Auto Refinishing (OWNER **** ******* ********) ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2021 HE RAFFLED A BRAND NEW 2021 BRP CAN AM DS TURBO, TICKET PRICE WAS $100, THE RAFFLED WAS STREAMED LIVE THRU IS INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT (PINKYTHECREATOR). I WON THE RAFFLE. I COLLECTED THE VEHICLE ON SEPTEMBER 20 FROM MR ********. HE DIDN'T PROVIDE A BILL OF SALE AND SAID THE TITLE WOULD BE DELIVERED TO ME IN 7 DAYS TIME. NONE OF THAT WAS FULFFILED. HE HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE CLEAN TITLE AND HAS GIVEN ME THE RUN AROUND FOR THE PAST 53 DAYS SINCE I COLLECTED THE VECHICLE. THERE HAS BEEN MANY ATTEMPS TO COLLECT THE PROPER DOCUMENT. MR ******** HAS BEEN DECEIVING AND CHANGES HIS VERSIONS ON HOW AND WHEN THE CLEAN TITLE FOR THE VECHICLE WILL BE DELIVERED. I HAVE THE VEHICLE IN MY POSSESION BUT UNABLE TO REGISTER THE VECHICLE UNDER MY NAME THRU MVD. HE IS AWARE OF THE SITUATION AND CONTINUES TO RAFFLE OTHER VECHICLES THRU IS BUSSINESS. JUST RECENTLY ON NOVEMBER 8, HE POSTED ON HIS SOCIAL MEDIA HE WAS BEING HARRASED BY ME, AND THAT I WAS UPSET FOR NO REASON SINCE HE ALREADY STARTED THE PROCESS TO HAVE THE TITLE SENT TO ME. THOSE STATEMENTS ARE FALSE. I HAVE CONVERSATION WITH HIM THRU whats app messenger GIVING ME FALSE DEADLINES ON HIS RESPONSABILITY TO PROVIDE A CLEAN AND FREE TITLE FOR THIS VECHICLE.
