I rent equipment * *******. The person help me give the wrong equipment. I returned the equipment 20 minutes later and I ask for the total refund and she said. I give only $20.00 refund. When she gives the wrong equipment. That why I need my total refund. Because this is not my fault. This is the company fault. I need to rent to another company. This company gives me the right equipment.Customer response

I have made several attempts to airport, garage automotive and diesel LLC, regarding an installation of a super charger to be installed on my 2020 dodge charger sxt since February 27, 2023 I put a deposit down in the amount of $6,000.00 i called in on July 28, 2023 to cancel my order and cancel the installation they said okay they advised me it was going to be about 7-14 business days. I have waited about 2 months after the time being said of 7-14 business days and still haven’t heard anything.Initial Complaint

My truck started to run erratically and I drove it in to this business to have it checked. They diagnosed the fault as being a fuel management fault requiring a rebuild of the cam and follower system. Also diagnosed a defective radiator needing replacement. The cost was $2747.21 I paid for the work to be done and left the vehicle, a Chevrolet Avalanche, with them to be repaired on March 29th 2023.They told me the work would be completed within two weeks.After calling into the business numerous times it became obvious to me that the work wasnt being completed. On may12th, 2023, I arranged for the vehicle to be towed as it was now not drivable, to have it repaired at a reputable dealership. I returned to this business to have my $2747.21 returned. The radiator was not replaced and any work done on the vehicle was obviously not fixing any existing problem but rather causing major defects.I paid to have the engine replaced at the car dealership. I believe that the work done by this business was fraudulent and wish to be compensated.Sincerely *
