      This auto repair shop has very horrible mechanics. I had a vehicle taken over to change the transmission to a refurbished one. They had my vehicle for over 2 months and did nothing to it. The transmission has to be the same one because it still skips the same as it was before. My entire front end now falls out of alignment all the time. There are missing bolts everywhere, and now anytime I make a turn there were clicking noises coming from the drive train, axle, and upper and lower arm bars, suspension, and anything else you can think of. They left bolts loose and slapped everything together that was just a half fast job. They placed my air filter component wrong. They said they changed the oil but it was still old and black. It took me a whole year to replace everything that they screwed up on. I feel they did this out of spite due to me questioning them on what was going on with the vehicle. Every good comment on this has to be friends or relatives. The ac was screwed over as well. I cannot believe that this company is still in operation. I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with these characters due to their lack of knowledge and repair. This place needs to audited, they just straight out **** at their work. I dont want to give any stars to this company for handling my vehicle with VERY POOR care. The vehicle came back like a smelling horrible in the interior and trashed. It looked like someone was either using the car or living out of it. Forget this company and what they stand for.

      We have 3 ***** customers in our data bank, and no ***********************. I checked our records of the other 3 Wolfes and none had anything done with their transmission. This is either a mistaken identity and we are being confused with another shop or something else. As for this type of shotty repair, I could not imagine allowing a vehicle leaving our shop in this type of condition.

      AWESOME PLACE!!! 1st time here and all I can say is this is the most trusted, honest mechanic shop I have been to in my 40 plus years of owning a car. ******, the manager, was just so awesome. Very knowledgeable of every single make of car. I called him at 7:30a.m. on a Saturday because my serpentine belt broke on my Audi Q7 and I needed this done asap due to being a single dad and just recently diagnosed with a tumor on my back. Needing my car was very crucial for me with my kids and lots of doctors' appointments. When I spoke with ******, I was a little emotional because I could find anyone to help me and not only was he very personal and calmed me down but assured me my car would be fixed this day. I got it up there (barely) and ****** and his team got to work with in 5 minutes of when I arrived, they dropped everything they were doing to help me and get my car going again. I cannot say enough about this place of business only that I know that there are people out there that really are caring and want to help others. Also, about the pricing, I called two other shops near ********** and ******* and they were $100.00 more to fix my car in a hurry because how bad I needed it. These two shops were more interested in the almighty dollar than the almighty customer service and care. Not **********, Not ****** or his team. They reassured me that everything would be alright.I will tell you from experience that this is the go-to place for all your automobile needs. Trust me when I say that!!! Thank you to ****** and his team for making me feel like a person and not just a money pit!!!

      I had work completed at this shop for a break change. I was given 4 different quotes in a span of 24 hours. My price increased from $371-$1,038. In total I spent $974.66, for just one tired to be repaired not all 4 as I was told I would be. I was told that if I did not proceed with the work I would need to sign a waiver and that they do not recommend I decline the job as it was the best solution. *************************** was the only person I dealt with during this time but, I do not see him being the only person in this shop that overcharges his customers. The environment was also unprofessional as the staff were playing a R rated movie in the customer waiting that was full of ****** and profanity.

      ******* did come to our facility for brake issues. The original complaint on *******'s Jeep was that there was a brake fluid leak. The initial price quote to check the brake fluid leak was ***** for a visual inspection (which was waived after the repair was authorized). The visual inspection revealed that the right rear caliper was leaking fluid. ******* was then quoted about $460.00 to replace the caliper. The repair was authorized and then the tech was able to start removal of the wheel assembly. The wheel was very difficult to remove because the lug nuts were way over torqued and we did not want to damage the wheel. After breaking one lug stud and finally getting the wheel removed, it unveiled the poor installation of 1.5 wheel spacers on the Jeep. All 5 lug nuts were way over torqued which damaged the lug studs and cracked the 1.5 wheel spacer, which made it unusable. We contacted *******'s father (who was paying for the repair) to inform him of the situation and sent photos. For safety reasons the 1.5 spacer needed to be replaced and we needed to replace the wheel stud. We also wanted authorization to remove the other wheels to inspect those spacers. *******'s Father understood and authorized the work for the one caliper, one spacer and broken lug studs and nuts only, and did not want us to check out the other wheels. We replaced the caliper, 1.5 spacer and wheel stud as authorized. We did give ******* our appreciation for being in the Air Force and gave our 10% military discount. At that point we did the best we could for such an undesirable situation. We would have felt a lot better if we could have at least inspected the other wheel spacers, but we did not want to take the chance of breaking more lug studs without authorization first. We are not in the practice of doing repairs without the customer's approval.I know it is unfortunate a repair can increase in cost, but in this case it was because something that was out of our control. Yes, it was a safety issue and no we would not even think of using that verbiage if it wasnt so. We appreciate ******* trusting us and we empathize with the feeling it cost too much, and in normal circumstances it would have been the original estimate. As for any inappropriate video or movie playing on the *** We do not put inappropriate entertainment on the ** and if one was being shown, it may have been a customer playing something off ******** If that were the case, we wholeheartedly apologize for this and we will put more effort forth to keep that from happening again. As it is today, that ability is not available anymore at this time.
