    I took my vehicle to ****** for general repair due to it running rough. I had taken the diagnostic codes in as well. My car was there for close to 2 weeks and I was told the radiator system and the radiator was bad. On top of numerous other things they came up with. Picked up car then next day a HUGE pile of oil was leaking!!! My car was never leaking oil, in fact I took my car for an oil change a month before and it was fine- NO leaks!! Called them up looking for an explanation of why is my car leaking now? I was told by ****** it could be this it and that but also stated I noticed a bolt was missing???? But then contradicted himself that I haven't looked at it and I'm just saying that could be why. Which did not make any sense from being told bolt missing to I haven't looked at car leak when they did because during the 2 weeks of them "taking" care of my car it was mentioned for I told them my car was NOT leaking prior!!!!! So after $1500.00 dollars later for radiator replacement and now an oil leak he mentioned they were going to have to keep my car again over the weekend!!! to see why it was leaking and it was going to be $129.00 but then price changed to $500.00 because supposedly they could not explain exactly why it was leaking. Picked up my car after they had it this time for 3 days and guess what?? My car keys were not in the customer key bag or hanging on the wall with every one else's customer keys but in one of the mechanics pocket!!! Mind you my car is a very nice car miles were put on as well by them too!! Got second opinion and 3 BOLTS WERE LOOSENED ON OIL PAN AND THIS IS WHY MY CAR JUST ALL A SUDDEN STARTED LEAKING AFTER TAKING IT TO THIS SHOP. THEY HAVE GOOD REVIEWS ONLINE BUT THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE INTO THINKING THERE ARE MORE REPAIRS NEEDED. AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED

    Hi *******, I have reviewed your paperwork and spoke with all staff involved in the servicing of your vehicle. When we first received the vehicle, your number one concern was the vehicle running rough and the check engine light on in the dash. As stated in your signed invoice, the vehicle needs a manifold tuning valve repair which you declined. The technician working on your vehicle could not even perform the initial test drive of the vehicle when received due to the numerous engine coolant leaks and the vehicle being low on engine coolant. Once you decided to make those repairs and they were complete, the technician could proceed with the full vehicle inspection. During the inspection process not only were you informed of numerous existing issues with your vehicle, including oil leaks, you were taken into the shop by both ****** and the technician who physically showed you the existing leaks. You state in your review that the vehicle was at our facility for close to two weeks during the first visit and that is correct. But I would like to clarify that the only reason for this was we were allowing you to get your funds together to pay for the already completed repairs that you approved. I think it is very unfair to our company for you to write such a bad review when you say your vehicle had no existing leaks. That is absolutely incorrect as you are fully aware. You also say in your review "Your car is very nice" and suggest that the technician may have been driving it for his own pleasure, but in fact your vehicle is in need of many important repairs and services as laid out in the paperwork you signed on 2/18/2022. I would be happy to provide you a copy of your signed paperwork listing all of the existing concerns with your vehicle prior to GIBBS servicing or working on it if you need. Both ****** and the servicing technician are sorry you feel the way you do as they went above and beyond to try to help you with your vehicle needs. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

    My car had NO LEAKS ..I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT AND STATEMENT FROM WHERE MY VEHICLE HAD AN OIL CHANGE LITERALLY 3 WEEKS PRIOR. STILL DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE AS WELL WHEN I WENT TO GET MY VEHICLE MY CAR KEYS WERE NOT IN THE *** WITH EVERYONE ELSE'S KEYS OR HANGING ON THE **** BUT IN ONE OF THE MECHANICS POCKET. AND MY VEHICLE DID GO IN BECAUSE SHE WAS RUNNING ROUGH BUT THEN IT WENT FROM CONTINUOUS LEAKS OF THE RADIATOR WHICH IS FIXED BY YOU GUYS BUT THEN SOMEHOW ENDED UP WITH A TON OF OIL LEAKING. AND LIKE FIT IT ABOVE I DID GO GET A SECOND OPINION TO SEE WHY MY VEHICLE WAS LEAKING PROFUSELY TO BE TOLD THAT THERE WAS THREE BOLTS LOOSENED. TO WHICH SHE CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THIS WAS INTENDED FOR ME TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK. THE ONLY REASON I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO YOU WAS BECAUSE OF THE GOOD REVIEWS BUT AFTER THIS INCIDENT IT CLEARLY HAS SHOWN ME THAT YOU HAVE PROBABLY DONE THIS MULTIPLE TIMES TO OTHER CUSTOMERS AND CONSUMERS.

    Our job is to inspect, advise and repair as requested by the customer and that is exactly was what done in this case. *******, I am sorry your vehicle has such a long list of needed repairs, but I can assure you NONE of them were caused by our staff. As previously stated, you were made completely aware of the vehicle's existing condition, including oil leaks, at the time of your first visit. You signed and acknowledged the long list of needed repairs, and we have video of ****** taking you into the shop to physically show you the concerns. I hope you find a shop that is better suited for you, and again I wish you the very best in the future.
