In Dec 2020/Jan 2021 I paid Showtime Cards approximately $260 to ship a total of 16 sports cards to PSA for grading purposes. The grading of the sports cards can raise or lower the market value of the cards. Over the past 21 months I have corresponded with Showtime Cards regarding the location of my cards and/or where in the grading process the cards are at. The company/person that submits the cards to PSA for grading can log into their account and see what stage of the grading process the cards are in. Each time I have corresponded with Showtime Cards there is a complete lack of transparency and I have yet to be given a location of my cards or what stage of the grading process the cards are in. It makes me believe unethical business practices are happening with Showtime Cards and I am seeking to be compensated for the original $260 I paid for the service and the loss of market value for each sports card.
