I contacted the salon on September 6th to make an appointment for September 22nd to get my daughter and myself nails done and a pedicure. At first the woman on the phone refused to give me prices and I told her that I would not make an appointment without prices I was told for the two sets of nails and a pedicure it would be $110. On the day of the appointment I decided not to get the pedicure and just have the two sets of nails done which should have been $70. My daughter sat down in the first lady's chair and explained everything that we were wanting done as this was the only woman that appeared to speak English. A few minutes into the appointment another lady walked into the salon and the lady told us that she had to take that lady over us even though we had appointments and we would have to sit and wait for someone else. And a few minutes to other people came along and told us to sit in a couple of chairs and someone would be short with a shortly. A few minutes later a husband and wife showed up and neither appeared to speak much English and started working on our nails we have tried explaining several times what we wanted done but they didn't appear to understand us. When we try to ask pricing we got multiple responses and really couldn't get them to give us an answer because they kept trying to get us to do different things we let them know that we wanted acrylic nails not white tipped and that we were wanting the tips hand-painted wedding colors. That is not at all what we got we got nothing at all that we asked for and when it came time to pay instead of the $70 that we were quoted the bill was now $85. When I asked why the change in price I was told that it was $45 a person well if that is the case it should have been $90 not 85. The merchant was unwilling to honor the price list which was sitting next to the cash register and I pointed out and basically told me I would pay that amount or have the police called on me
