One of my very good friends paid a deposit of $275 for me to get extensions for my birthday. First things first I was supposed to come in on Monday they called me and told me that the person was sick I was going to do my hair and it kind of went like that for 2 weeks. Apparently the girl that was going to be doing my hair had covet which I understand so they have me go to another girl. She put my extensions in they did not match my hair she did not dye my hair and she told me that I couldn't put my hair up and you can totally see the tracks and everything from the extensions. The second go around the person that did my hair and ******** she actually did a great job with the extensions but she did not highlight the top of my hair like we talked about within two or three days my extension started falling out. I spoke with ******* back and forth she gave me ***** number which is the manager I text her and sent her pictures and I got no response. Then I went on to their website and got their email sent the email for the owner *** to give us a call back he did in fact reach out first thing in the morning on October 27th. Me and my friend that paid for the extensions did right bad reviews on Google. *** is not very happy about that. So we took them down like we told him and he says that he is not going to compensate us he said that we can go to another stylist and probably cost them $300 to have it fixed so forth and so forth.
