I am a brunette I went to Aveda to get my hair colored a sandy blonde, instead they darkened my hair and added blonde highlights (which is NOT what I asked for) They kept saying how good it looks. But the front of my hair where they put the lighter brown came out, I have bald spots in front because of this. I didn't want to pay the expensive $95.00 since I was NOT satisfied but they told me if I DIDN'T pay they would call the police. When I got home it was worse when I got home. I called Aveda, and the office manager lady all but called me a liar, She said that she heard me say "sandy brown", but when you look at my hair it's not Sandy anything. They wanted me to pay another $95.00 dollars to correct it!!! Not only are they thieves they are liars and I want my money back AND a public apologyCustomer response
