I have been harassed several times at this landfill. The Employee name is *******. I have complained 2x with the manager on property. This guy is harassing me and my employees every time I use your service. I’m very well aware of the fact that no trash is allowed but this guy chooses to pick on us and threaten me every time that he is going to ban me from using the facility. I have 3 witnesses to this last incident that happened today. He was very un professional and threatened to kick my ass. He told me I will be harassed for life every time I come to the dump if he doesn’t succeed at having my company banned. This has gotten out of control, I’m willing to go as far as it takes to have this guy stopped from these harassment episodes. I have already spoken to Tod his supervisor and nothing happened. I followed all the rules every time I use this landfill but we are clearly being picked on. He’s upset because 2 formal employees quit and came to work for me and every since then my employee and I are getting singled out and harassed. I have been a customer for over 12 years and I don’t think the owner of this place would be happy to know what this employee is doing. I’m a professional licensed contractor and this guys behavior is not except-able in any work place. I would like to know what will be done because myself and a few of my employees feel threatened by this person every time we pull in this place.
