This service is a complete scam! I paid $4500 for nothing! I never received a call from any matchmaker unless I prompted the call. Id then have to leave a message which many times went unanswered. I seriously would NOT recommend this to anyone! Its a trap and they have your money as hostage and make minimal effort (if any) to fulfill the terms of the contract. The process is a joke and if you are smart, you ought to take your chances on Tinder or POFat least its free! Paying this much for the service they claim to provide is appalling and they need to be shut down.

I am not interested in spending another cent to extend this ridiculous membership that was a scam from the beginning. The matchmaker I was paired up with never took initiative to contact me at any point during the process. The only communication I received was when I initiated a call to your office. And then, I wasnt even sure they received the message, as this excuse was given to me each time I completed a survey from meeting any match. Its ultra deceiving when you take our money then pretend you are searching for a good introduction, but in reality, no progress made. I wish Id listened to my intuition and NOT joined this joke of a service because I was promised 8 meetings/introductions, when I only met 3 over the course of begin with the service. I do not feel I should be penalized for learning a match was an atheist in the initial phone meet/greet. THAT IS A DEAL BREAKER FOR ME. Also, I was matched with an African ******** and was very clear at my intake meeting I was not interested in dating outside my race. AND he lied about me sending him a pic of myself. Hes the one who sent me his picture! So, at least 2 intros never happened because of obvious reasons. My question is thiswas anyone going to reach out to me to inform me my contract was completed? I would venture to say no, because it was over 6 weeks from the last mishap of a meeting, and wellyou do not make calls to me. I have to initiate. This is 100% a scam and I warn EVERYONE to not use this service. It is horrible on every level.
