On October 23, 2023 my four upper front teeth were ground down in preparation for crowns. As of today I have not received either temporary or permanent crowns, and the crowns are paid for.
The dentist who did the work is Saied Badie DDS

My last appointment with Badie Dental was in May 2021. I had valid insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental and Vision, and paid all fees the office asked of me with a valid credit card. Some time in 2022, Badie Dental called me and stated that previously in 2021 their employee in charge of billing my insurance had not done so and had been fired. They asked for my insurance information which I could not give them as I had quit my job in September of 2021. They then asked for my new insurance information which I decided not to share as it seemed inappropriate. On August 24 and August 30, a Badie Dental email account billed me for something for which I did not follow the links.Business response
