Hello, I visited round 1 today around 5:30 PM AZ time, I have been to round1 3 times in the past week, each time spending excess for $200, so in the last 3 visits I have spent in total around $600, this has been within a week, that is around 27,500 dollars per year, today I was met with the upmost disrespect I have ever felt in my life, I am a doctor, I work in a hospital emergency room, your empoloyee today treated me as if I was an inmate who escaped jail, I played the willie wonka coin pusher, I collected the entire set of cards as per the machine says collect a full set get 1000 point bonuses, I have done this at other arcades and even turned in a full marble carnival set 2 days ago at this exact location, today I went to go turn in the full set of willie wonka and the employee told me to go to the machine and confirmed I had a full set. I put the cards into the machine and on the machine it states an entire set of common regular cards are 1000 points, nowhere does it say you must include the special card, the machine states that it requires a full set of COMMON and the golden ticket card is special not common, so I asked for the manager to help me with getting my cards that I just spent $100 dollars to get out of the machine so I can get a golden ticket and redeem the full set, The manager who was a black male, 40-50 years old, balding, his name was Nick Gorengs as told by another employee. I am not sure if this was true or not so I took pictures of the man for proof, he refused to refund my cards out of the machine, and told me the machine was printed wrong and that he couldn't do anything about it, he couldn't give me credits back, he couldn't do anything other than letting me turn in the cards for a measly 140 tickets. This kind of behavior from your staff especially a manager is disrespectful, unprofessional. I would like to see this problem resolved in a manor I am happy with.
