Went in to purchase a dress on May 7, 2024. the dress we found on display was already sold, Owner "Roxana" told us she can make another dress with a bow that we wanted. We talked about adding a mini dress to be the same as the dress that will be made. We signed a contract that included: Quince dress with large bow, same as display, mini dress, 2 champagne glasses, guest book, set of knife cutters for cake and a Bear with matching dress. We gave the party date of 9/14/24. we were told we would have the order by the last day of July 2024. But since she has no orders it will be sooner. We gave $900 deposit in cash on 5/7/14. when i took my niece in two week after the agreement was signed to get measured, Roxana charged me an additional $100 as she stated the girl was taller then she was expecting and needed more materials. I paid $100 in cash. I followed up many of time on status. She stated that the dresses will be completed late June 2024.It was excuse after excuse why my dress was not ready. I received the main dress on 8/17/24 at 8:19pm after waiting 2 hours outside her shop. Mini dress was not completed, or anything else. As of 9/6/24 i have no mini dress.Initial Complaint

Made a contract on Oct 11, 2022 for a quinceañera dress bundle, which include other items for $1500. Was told and also written on the contract that she would deliver it by June 2023. Since June I contacted her several times and was told around 6 different delivery dates but nothing was ever delivered. My event was in Oct 2023 and I had to hire someone else and pay another 1500 to get the dress and other items. I have phone calls recorded of her promising different dates in which she would deliver and ever time it was a lie. I asked for refunds several times and was denied each time. Also she blocked my phone number and when I go to her shop she will not open door. She has a long history of committing this type of Fraud. Please stop her.Initial Complaint

contract created in April 2023 for Quinceaneara dress contract includes dress, crown, gifts, 3 dresses for family must be paid in full one month prior to pick up contract set to pick up 8/1/2023 was paid off 6/28/2023-confirmation owner roxana defaulted on contract didn't get dress until 9/8/2023 at almost midnight--had to result in customer being threatened with police would refuse to answer phone or texts was never at shop had manic episodes where she would yell and discard paying customers and refuses to give items that were paid for always used personal issues to excuse her default on contract all items in contract were not received items that were received were not correct more customers have been completely ripped off-never got money back or items they paid for as soon as you show her some authority--she threatens customer husband in store with weapon on hip.Initial Complaint

On March 11th 2022 I came across a Facebook marketplace ad placed by ****** *******. The ad lead me to “Elegance Creations Quinceañera’s Boutique.” The page included various videos and pictures of her work including several pictures of happy clients in their custom dresses. I called Elegance Creations and spoke to Roxanna. We exchanged communication throughout the day and by the end of the day I had signed a contract and given a deposit of $790 for a custom quinceañera dress and accessories. Our contract included (1 bouquet, 2 decorated custom toasting cups, cake serving set, crown, short skirt for surprise dance, gown for mom, Quinceañera dress light blue with 3d flowers and cape. It outlined the dress would be shipped August-2022. We finished the deal by agreeing to stay in touch . On Tuesday March 15th I texted her and squared away an appt for 6:30pm. When I called, she told me she was going to have to cancel our appt because her sister wanted to get her nails done and the nail lady was there. She promised to call me back as soon as she was done. Roxanna never reached out. Then on Sunday March 27th, I texted “What time can we schedule an appt to size my daughter?” This time we scheduled for her to call me on Tuesday, March 29th at 3pm. On Tuesday, I waited and waited and finally at 6:41pm I texted “I’ve been waiting on your call, let me know when you would like to reschedule” She quickly texted back asking if I was available at that moment. I told her I wasn’t, but we agreed to meet in an hour. At around 8:30pm I placed two calls via Facetime. The phone rang and rang but no one answered. I texted her at 8:49pm “I called you, but you didn’t answer, we will be available tomorrow during the day between 11am-1pm.” On Tuesday morning she texted giving me the excuse her phone had died but that for sure she would be contacting me the following day without a doubt. On the first week of February 2022 went to Elegance Creation to buy 2 dresses for my 2 daughters for a friend's Quinceanera, was asked for a $70dlls deposit for each dress, the owner of the business ****** *******, she told me that the dresses would be ready by the end of February. On Thursday March 3, 2022, went to asked if the dresses were ready but they weren't ready. ****** did not apologize nor offer a solution, when I asked to get a refund since she did not offer a solution she got upset and angry start yelling at me to leave her business, which I did, I did no yell nor got upset I just wanted a solution since she refused to help in any other way, I asked for a refund which caused her to star yelling.Initial Complaint

On August 21 I went to Elegance Creation Quinceañera Boutique and asked if they made bridal gowns. The owner, ****** said yes and we gave the picture of the design wanted and we filled out a contract that the dress would be done September 20th, giving us 3 weeks to try on and make alterations before the wedding date. ****** promised a final design and would let my mother see the materials before starting on the dress. She failed to make any contact except to request the second (and final) payment, she did not meet the deadline on the contract, insisting on just needing 1 more week, then another, then 3 more days. I kept asking for my money back but she refused saying she would have it done and to just wait and give her more time. My mother even went in to request a refund but was charged with criminal trasspassing. The dress was ready for pick up 6 days before the wedding -no design was sent, no materials had been shown and the dress is nothing like the pictures of the design requested
