9/28/2020 Cimaco stained my patio. 1/28/2021 I sent a text with picture to the owner **** because a large very light colored blotch had developed in the stain. 3/30/21 1st attempt repair which helped some but blotches were still evident. 5/07/2I I contacted **** once again and sent him pictures of the poor repair attempt. 6/04/21 2nd repair attempt was made and the results were no better. 6/07/21 I told **** something had to be done because this was certainly not the professional job I had paid for. We were out of town for several weeks so on 9/29/21 a 3rd repair attempt was made that **** assured me would hide the issue. It looked awful ! At this point it was hard to believe I was dealing with a professional company who had been in business for years. I wanted them to strip everything off and start over but after speaking with the installer and **** there was a high probability the concrete would not stain correctly again. At this point my fustration was at an all time high so I decided to let **** put an epoxy coating over the stain just to get past this issue. On 11/01/21 Cimaco applied the epoxy and the resulting color was not what I picked out because he used two different brands and colors. Again I just wanted to move on and get past this issue so I didn't complain. 12/15/21 I texted **** with pictures showing him how the epoxy was already lifting off and splitting in some areas. I asked him for a full refund of $1698.50 so I can pay another company to do the job correctly. The cost may even be more than that because they will have to strip everyting off that Cimaco has done. As of this writing **** has totally ignored my texts and phone calls.
