Order #***** placed on 8/25/2022 - total amount $179.95. As per tracking information items was delivered on 09/02/2022. However, after allowing extra time for delivery and checking all the surrounding areas, no item could be located at the stated address. Informed the vendor immediately about missing item, and was told on 09/04/2022 by ******** **************** that they would need to further look into this. Np further response has been received since that date. I tried calling and also sent multiple follow-up emails, as I paid for the item, yet received no merchandise as of the date of this claim and also received no refund for my order.Business response

Custom BackOffice is the 3rd party fulfillment center for SALIN PLUS (an Australian company)- the company in question here. We have heard that there have been some difficulties getting in touch with them and know the time difference is a big hinderance. Please know that we only warehouse and pick, pack and ship their orders. We have no control over their finances nor their books.
I wish the customer had called us 520-547-0922, as we we would have re-shipped the order and then worked it out with their office in Australia.
I have attempted to call the customer, but got no answer. I have texted her and apology and asked whether she would like to get the product or wishes just to get a refund. If she wants the product we will ship it FedEx Overnight. If she wants a refund I will do what I can with the Australian office to see that it gets done.

Thank you for your help in resolving this matter - I would appreciate if they can provide a refund for the item.
Since I did not receive any calls or emails from the business after last note I sent to you. And also had no luck reaching them over the phone.
So, as suggested by the business, the refund would work.
