On 9/26/2021 my mother, ******* ****** passed away and had her funeral at this cemetery due to already having a plot purchased. Everything was paid up front to include a $3145.75 gravestone marker. I was told that it would take up to a year to receive this marker. Last month I began to inquire on the gravestone. I had the run around from three different staff members (*** ******, ****** ********* and ******* ******). ****** advised via phone that she never had conversation with me in the past and did not deal with my moms marker. I have documentation that states otherwise. ******* was the worst and lied to me stating he was in contact with the contractor and has not received any info from them and would get with me when he has information. *** ****** was the first person who we had contact with and contracted COVID and never heard from her again. She is still employeed yet they will not have her contact me. It wasn't till three weeks ago that I called (they never call you back) and asked to talk to *******. The secretary, ******* **** asked what it was about and advised she was the one that handles the marker purchases and orders them. She stated to me that my moms marker was never ordered and furthermore there was no informaion as to what was to be placed on the marker. This informartion was in an email from Ana and ****** in the beginning of our purchase in 2021. ******* called me 10 minutes later after hearng my marker was never ordered to advise me that he had just received information via email from the marker contractor and they cancelled the contract because they had just recieved two differant contracts, the original in 2021 and apparently the new one ******* ordered two weeks prior. Knowing what ******* just told me about her not having any information on what to put on the marker and that it was not ordered at all, I called ******* out. See common since would tell you that ******* was lying to me. He no longer has contact with me.Customer response

I was told three weeks ago that they ordered the memorial. I asked for proof of the order and never received a reply back. This is what happened a year ago when we purchased the gravestone. They told us it was ordered only to find out in August that they lost the information to place on the gravestone and it was never ordered. What they apparently ordered was not what I was led to believe. I have to accept that I am getting a smaller gravestone as they are telling me that the one I purchased is the smaller size and that I am not allowed to purchase the one I wanted due to it only being my mom buried there. So your question would be answered no due to the fact that I can't verify the order was completed.****** *****
