Before we paid they told us, within 5 days. After we paid they stated up to two weeks because of covid protocols, Monday the April 11th 2022 was 2 weeks, called not even scheduled. *****, completely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help or give any dates. Complete nightmare, because I need to take the remains to Ohio to bury them in the family plot so being given no time-frame it makes flights more expensive. Work is working with me but at this rate I may even lose my job over this. My friends Father died two days after mine, and he is already cremated and memorialized, we dont even have a date. Now the excuse is they have 6 funeral homes and one crematorium. How can they be allowed to do this to people, to be so disrespectful to the deceased? How is this legal to keep a loved one over 2 weeks and be treated so bad? Completely unacceptable, causing mental stress, employment risk, no closure, and just the fact we are being treated less than human. They should have there business license revoked if this is they handle business. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE
