Failure of borderland construction to notify residence in the impacted area of road construction which limits are one way in and out of the neighborhood by the use of cones on both sides. This creates a dangerous and hazardous travel into our neighborhood because they have made the road so narrow that when we come face-to-face with a construction vehicle, which are very large by the way, there is no room for us to move over safely in order to get out of the way. We’ve contacted both the town of Marana and Meritage homes and borderline construction at which time we’ve been ignored and told it’s not an issue. It’s not an issue because you don’t live here. Therefore we are filing our complaint in order to bring this attention and find a way to fix it so that we can safely access our homes. We were told they had no obligation to notify us because it’s not a problem. Of course it’s not a problem for them because they don’t live here!Initial Complaint

I live in front of the construction site on Hartman and cortaro. They have music blaring by 6 am. I have complained several times but they make it louder since I complained. It is so loud that it sounds like it's in my house even with all the doors and windows shut. The banging was loud before but now with the music addition and having to yell over the music, I am exhausted. It is so bad and I don't know what else to do. This construction was supposed to be finished summer 2021 and it's coming up to a year later with no relief. I already haven't had privacy due to it being so close to my house and backyard and now it has gotten worse. I don't know what else to do.
