I cancelled my appointment with them for January 18 first time on 1/16 using their answering voicemail. Realizing it was a Sunday I called the number again on 1/17 and left another cancellation message. I never got their reminder phone call so thought it was a done deal. Yesterday I received a bill for $25 dated 1/19 for no show to the appointment. I have made two calls regarding this bill again only getting a voicemail and using two different phone numbers that are on the web. I went to their webpage and sent a message regarding this bill. I have heard nothing back. It is if my messages are being dumped into a trash basket. Please help me. I am on a fixed income and can't throw $25 away especially since I followed their rules about breaking appointments.
