      Originally, I spoke to the office manager who was very professional, courteous and seemed to have a good understanding of irrigation systems; I made an appointment to have someone come out to change the control box and evaluate potential improvements for my drip system. The owner came out, installed the new control box in an acceptable but somewhat sloppy manner and was unable to answer any of the questions I asked about my drip system. I spoke again to the office manager who apologized profusely saying there would be no charge and she would send their main technician out to do what was originally asked. The technician came out (with the owner) and was able to easily answer all my questions. I then called to request an estimate and provide an email. When I last spoke to the office manager, again a very pleasant conversation; she said there would be an estimate in a few days, I said that was no problem (that was 04/26). Over a week later I hadn't heard anything and called to see if more information was needed, leaving a message, a few days later sending an email and followed up with a phone message and second email. As of today I've heard nothing and noticed that the check I had originally written had been cashed. It's odd, no one seems to be answering the phone, which is different from the previous times I'd called. At this point, I would simply like to know if I could have the $95 refund originally offered, as it appears they no longer wish to follow up and I've waited three weeks. When I last spoke to office manager she sounded very positive. The person who referred them to me also was unable to get a hold of them. If there is some kind of internal crisis going on I don't wish to pile on or cause unnecessary problems. Basically I just want a response, to know why I'd been 'ghosted', which is disappointing as previous interactions were very professional, pleasant and I was looking forward to having the work done and supporting a good local business.
