      Unfortunately **** is most unreliable and took jobs he is not able to perform correctly on the cost of my precious time and money.I hired him through Networks and paid half dollar amount of the discussed project upfront on 6/1/21. He told me he wanted to get the job we agreed on done within two days. Today is 7/26/21 - two month later - and he did not even finish half of the discussed work. Many times he told me to be at my house to continue the project and he did not only not show up, but he did not even tell me he would not come,- he just did not show up. So many times I had arranged my schedule to be at the job site and then he would just not appear. Strangely he texted me often about his whereabouts though, that he "came home late, will be driving out tonight, just got back last nightcar accident, a relative passed away..." stuff that I am really not happy about to be text - harassed with and not interested to know about, - even about his wifes medical condition he told me,- I find him extremely unprofessional. He told me he would take the trash out of the backyard after every day of work, because it would not be nice to do otherwise, but **** left the trash ( his plastic drinking cups with straws in them, empty water bottles in our back yard on the ground, rocks and cement pieces ) from a job left half undone in our backyard for nineteen!! days. The trash laying there for so long caused a few big ***** holes in our green grass. Network asked me to write a review at a time by which the project should have been finished. So I had written a one star review a few weeks in after **** had collected half of the dollar amount for the entire job but not really gotten much done yet. A few days later he called me at 6:00am! very upset about the review although everything in it had been nothing but the truth. He did not take the responsibility for his actions at all. I decided to delete the review in order to give him a second chance. That had been a bad idea, because his behavior got even worse. After I told him very friendly that I did not want to receive anymore personal texts about his whereabouts, but just about work related things, he all over sudden informed me that he did not want to do a certain job we had agreed on, and parts of that job, he even tried to delegate to me.Not a man of his word, not reliable, not respectful, unfortunately not taking responsibility for his own actions. I should have seen it coming when he rang my doorbell 30 minutes before our first appointment, informing me he was here earlier, because he was in the area, laughing insecurely.It had been a very unpleasant experience to me, but I admit I am partly responsible, because I continued to trust him.

      I am sorry you feel unsatisfy with the job performance , that was provided, that is never our companies intentions in regards to your comments, half the money you paid up front took care of what he planted for you the irrigation and the pavers . Half of the job was perform, and that took care of what you paid for the workers labor work. We ask you to have the sod ready many times as well to be able to finish the job, we let you know where to call to have it purchase , but your insecurity about buying things over the phone didn't allow you to do it, and I complety understand you, we also work around your schedule many times and the times he didnt show up was because you wanted to be present , or the weather didn't allowed the workers to work , if the workers don't show up for a reason its usually something personal , he was kind enough to let you know his situation, I apologize if you disagree with it but please dont add thinks to your comments that are not true , there where many time when your text message responds , where a little unpleasant as well , but we still decided to continue the job, I once again apologize for any inconvenience this may have cost.       Dear wife *****. Your comment reflects that you were not present when your husband **** ( DAA Landscaping ) and I agreed on the works and its dollar amount for the entire job to be done, by a verbal contract. Please, do not take it as an offense, but you seem confused and misinformed and I think it does not make sense that you answer for the person who has been the actual and only person who communicated with me. You are saying: "we" asked me many times... Well, I spoke always and only to your husband **** anything concerning the job, never with you. Also: he told me, once the ground is prepared "and he wants to have all that ready first", "he'll measure and then order the grass", I would "just have to pay". His words. In our verbal agreement he was very clear about that he would order and bring all material to our house and I would only have to pay for it and I would really like it". All just words, empty promises. This just on the side, because the job had never even be completed to the point that grass could have been ordered! :) You do not seem to have noticed that, although you have been at the job site, helping him to finally pick up the trash after nineteen! About the personal texts: **** had no appointment to come to my house at all, but texted me about his personal whereabouts. You call it nice. May be it is for you, to me it is annoying and useless. I do not want to hear or read it, as I do not want to know about all your guys medical conditions. As I do not wish to have family reunions on my property your mother trespassed and entered into our backyard while your husband worked there. I work from home and was interrupted and disturbed by her loud shouting/talking to **** on our property. It is illegal to step on someones property without permission,- she just entered! Not only does she not have the right to disturb me working in my own house, it would be also our responsibility if she stumbles, falls and hurts herself on the job site! I told your husband about that and he did not even answer. Of course it is unpleasant for you to realize from my text messages that Pauls acts are unprofessional, incorrect, that he has been unreliable way too many times and that he denies to take any responsibility for any of it! This is not something pleasant to deal with indeed.This is why you both were upset about my first one star review and called me at 5:40am! I deleted it in order to give **** a second chance. I had to convince the managers from Networks for one entire hour to delete my review. **** blew his second chance right away. It shows me he apologizes all the time just to get away with his unprofessional behavior. I cant see any intention of changing and wanting to take responsibility for what he says and does. You both have always excuses ready, you may not even be aware of it. I wish you both the very best anyways, we all make mistakes and can be in the process of learning and becoming more aware if we want to . Honesty is key to this. This is what I think at least.You do not have to apologize for your husband. Apologizing also does not give me my wasted money and time back - just saying - and please understand I am not angry.I have really learned another ****** here and honestly, I thank you, because it was necessary, obviously. I should have been critical and checked out Paulss abilities and professionally, instead of trust him. Anyways, our new landscape contractor,- in business in this town since 34 years,- informed me that **** really "did not know what he was doing" and they will have to rip out all the pavers that should surround the grass and repair and finish the irrigation, **** left unfinished and open above ground. There is cement smeared all over the pavers' beautiful colors and they are not level, but I had no idea it was that bad! I trusted **** to be able to do the job right, because he told me he had been in working with concrete for twenty years. This is why I post my experience with DAA Landscaping: in order to make people aware that **** is taking on works he is not capable of, in order to make quick money. Doing so he wastes his customers money and time they worked very hard for. It is not fair to do so.
