I am incredibly disappointed in this business. I got married in my parents backyard and got picked up by this company, only to be asked for directions after being assumed we were going to a different place we were actually going. The driver pulled over and texted his boss which took forever, which he did twice because the first time driver sent the text to me. After that text was sent, I was called for basically a price gouging, ***** told me that because I was coming from a wedding I owed him money. I asked him what difference the money would make in our service and was bombarded with a bunch of nonsense that made absolutely no sense. I want to stress that this was ON THE ***** OF MY WEDDING. Please DO NOT use this company, they are not looking out for their customers but only for themselves. Not only that, but when my husband called to pay the invoice, he told him that I didnt understand his pricing, basically saying I was stupid. Sexist? Maybe. Price ******? Definitely.

We have been in business for over 20 years, we take pride on what we do, we do our job and we do it well!Once in a while we have clients who want a particular service without paying for it. (Which was the case here) as I explained to you on our phone call, any special event like in this case a wedding, we charge a 2-************* the clients have a car and driver at their disposal for 2-hours, wait time, gratuity and stops on the way are included.You booked online a Point to ************** even though the option for a wedding was available for you to choose. After all that we decided Not to charge you for a wedding service, since you didnt understand the difference in rates. Taking the loss we went a head to charge your card on file which was Declined. We sent you numerous emails and called various times, but No answer to either.A week later your husband called to take care of services rendered, and we explained to him we didnt charge for the wedding event and he said, I really appreciate it, thank you very much Its unfortunate to see, that you didnt take the time to answer our emails or phone calls to take care of services rendered, but you definitely take the time to try to make us look like the Bad Guys.
