I am very happy with my experience with Desert Starr Masonry. I recently engaged Desert Starr to raise the height of my brick wall around my back yard and I couldnt be more satisfied with the results. The end result looks even better than we imagined.I selected Desert Starr among other contractors based on their competitive pricing and the great advise they provided as we discussed the project. Multiple options were presented as well as the pros and cons of each and they seemed equally willing to do whichever option I selected.Throughout the project they communicated clearly, stuck to the start date and timelines we agreed to, and charged the exact amount they quoted even as some additional unplanned tasks emerged.I would highly recommend them for any brick wall work you need done.Review from Tom O.

I absolutely could not be happier with ****** and Desert Starr Masonry. They did a great job fixing my lightning damaged brick home. The damage was near a pitched tile roof apex so was difficult to get to both from the outside and from the attic, but ****** and his crew did a great job. Most importantly, I had numerous other contractors either turn down the job, wildly over bid the work so they wouldn't have to do it or bid on it and then string me along for weeks or months of giving every excuse in the book when they couldn't make the scheduled job time. It was maddening. **** did a very thorough assessment (he was the only contractor to actually look at the damage from the inside of the attic), gave a fair bid and stuck to his committment. If I need any masonry work done in the future, this is the company I will call.Review from James A

Desert Starr Masonry rebuilt a portion of our wall that had been damaged from a tree. They did what they promised to do, arrived promptly and performed quality craftsmanship in the time frame they promised. Each day they kept the work site neat and tidy. They were easy to communicate with and catered to some special needs of our neighbors. They are professionals that treated us fairly and we would highly recommend their services to anyone who asked.Review from Ron R

***, of Desert Star Masonary, responded quickly to my phone message requesting a job inspection and quote. Called to confirm appointment and showed up on time. After discussing the job scope, *** gave a quote with clear time to completion and job pricing. Desert Star Masonary completed the job on time, cleaned the job site and called to notify of completion. Desert Starr did an absolutely phenomenal job with our backyard wall. Couldn't be happier! Top notch, precision masonry craftsmanship done in a timely manner, at a very reasonable price. ****** (the owner) did an excellent job on our stone veneer repairs. He was thorough and great to work with on the project. We will definitely be calling him again for future masonry/stone work.
