keystone masonry built our masonry building so slopply that the rain water literally RUNS THROUGH IT.Then in court they claimed that rain water is SUPPOSED to run through the masonry building.The judge determined the owner was disenguiness and misrepresented the facts then suspended keystone masonry contractors license as you can verify from the ** *** website. keystone masonry used unapproved construction methods.keystone masonry used unapproved construction materials.keystone masonry cheated on the materials we paid for and they used insufficient and inadequate materials. keystone masonry demonstrated they do not have the basic skills to build a masonry structure to even the minimum industry standards.Then when it was proven they built it wrong keystone masonry did not demonstrate the ability to make the repairs. We filed an Arizona Registrar of Contractors complaint that was substantiated by the *** investigators.keystone masonry did not have the skills and industry knowledge how to fix the mess they left. and we won every charge brought against them."Warning" do not use keystone masonry it is a sorry excuse for a contractor unless you are wanting to pay full price for a faulty product.I would recommend ********** before I would use this deceitful pack of unskilled laborers.

Keystone Masonry was given a TUP (Temporary Use Permit) by the ************** to lease a site zoned for office and medical use in the Balboa Heights Neighborhood about a year and a half ago. For the duration of this time and presently, this company has violated their stated business days and hours of Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, starting noisy work as early as 4:30am, and many times well beyond 4pm. Also, the company regularly operates on weekends, including early morning hours with noisy heavy machinery and noisy activities. This kind of operation has no place in a residential neighborhood! Other complaints regarding Keystone Masonry have been shared with the City with no resolution to date: materials like scaffolding and concrete blocks piled precariously above fence lines; giant semi and other huge trucks delivering materials to Keystone and blocking driveways and roads; vehicles parked on sidewalk preventing walking and wheelchair use; burning garbage in dumpsters; sub-leasing the space to other noise-producing users like a welding company with grinding and pounding metal noise; back-up alarm noise on and off all day; full-size dumpsters loudly dropped along our street as well as in Keystone Masonry's yard; diesel fumes from machinery; from visible garbage-filled dumpsters, materials stacked well above fence lines, all manner of heavy equipment on this site, and daily disruption including early mornings and weekends, neighborhood residents have concerns about lowered property values, difficulty renting, and reduced quality of life due to the presence and activities of Keystone Masonry.
