On 10-14-2022, I spoke to the owner of EXP Performance and Exhaust and discussed an engine swap on my vehicle. *** ***** directed me to the drop-off date with with store front end manager ***** ******. I did that and agreed on a date of 1-24-2023. On 1-24-2023 I dropped the vehicle off and discussed additional work with Islas. Islas agreed to do the work and stated that he would have the work complete by March 2023. Islas repeatedly missed deadlines, lied about the status of my vehicle, parts used and timeframe for completion and instead blamed Macias for the lack of shop organization and stated that he was the reason the work was not completed. It is now 12-12-2023 and Macias has been fired but the work has not been completed. Islas continues to lie about the status of the vehicle. I have documentation of conversations and text messages to corroborate my claims and have contacted local law enforcement, the media and have sought legal counsel.Initial Complaint

On January of this year I dropped off my truck to get my differential repaired. During the time that my truck was in the shop, i got a call from the shop saying that my front bumper got dented in a minor accident. Since then I been waiting for the shop to replace my bumper and every time I ask or call they never give me a straight up answer. They ignore me and put me to the side. Also the differential wasn’t fixed properly. It’s having problems and it’s not the same. I lasted 4 months with out my truck since it was in the shop for it to come out worse then when I dropped it off
