Arizona Urology Specialists (urologybillpay.com) sent me the "1ST NOTICE" billing on April 18, 2024 for services rendered in May of 2022. Almost TWO YEARS after services rendered! This is unconscionable. I paid the bill online. However, out of principle, I am letting the Better Business Bureau know so that others are aware of their shady billing practices.Initial Complaint

This complaint does NOT require release of ANY medical history. I had an appointment this month that was rescheduled to June 27th. I have chronic kidney problems and need to get in before that date. I have tried several times to make an appointment with doctors at the Tangerine location by phone with no success. I'm having transportation problems and cannot drive to other locations further away. Last week I had an appointment with my Cardio doctor at the office on Tangerine so I stopped by and talked to Ricki and explained my situation including the facts that I'm finding it hard to urinate and it's painful. She assured me someone would contact me so I can get an appointment at her office. So far, nobody has responded.Initial Complaint

Arizona urology has been paid off, but keep getting a billing subscription fee of $21.57 which I've contacted several times and said they were going to remove service fee which account was paid in full from Arizona urology this has been the 3rd time they've sent me notice on a payment which I no long use since 2022 proseger has been done in March of 2021
