This office is highly unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would not trust the with my credit card information or my healthcare needs. Booked the appointment after finding the on my insurance company website. Upon arrival I was told the office visit is $65 for cash customers. I presented insurance and after they run it through the system I am told that my copay is $95. The person told me this is the highest copay they have seen. They say I can no longer pay the cash price because I have insurance. OK. I then get a bill for $296 because my insurance denied their claim. Sometime between when I booked the appointment and had the appointment their agreement had changed, they are no longer in network. I was not told that when I arrived for my appointment. Called and was told the contact has changed, was then told the doctor is in network but their business paperwork is not. Then told however they coded it was denied. Lot's of nonsense. Now that I am not using insurance, they still do not honor the $65 cash price. Beyond that, the reason I came was to get checked for high blood pressure. They took my blood pressure, which I was told was a bit high, but when the doctor came in he asked if I was checked over my shirt. It was. He said that is not accurate. Rather than checking again, or actually doing something to address my concerns, he suggested I buy equipment to check it at home daily. And I pay $296 for that? Laughable. I told them to come up with a resolution and that would affect how I choose to review their office. Regardless of how they resolve this issue, other needs to know how slimy this office is before they trust them with their healthcare needs.

I agree with ******* 100%, run away from this place or least do your own investigation. I had an endoscopy procedure done by ***********************. It was an optional item for me. When I asked for the cost of the procedure, the office gave me two codes instead and asked me to contact my insurance company to find out actual cost of these medical codes. I was told the amount by the insurance company which came to be little less than $500. So I decided to have the procedure done. I was then asked to go to Northwest Medical center ***********. I was never told that there will be a separate bill from the hospital. When I received the hospital bill along with doctor ***** I was stunned. The combination of the hospital and doctor ***** came out to be $2541.15. If I had known, I would NOT had this procedure done. So please be aware.

Absolutely run away from this place. I went in for a consultation which only lasted 2-5 minutes and was diagnosed without X-ray or any screening. I tried to talk and Dr ***** told me to shhhus putting his fingers to his mouth. Twice! He had me lie down without a gown in my street clothes and he pushed on my leg which hurt. Refused to give me cortisone injection in my low back and said I needed hip replacement and epidural to kill my nerve endings. I left making no comment other than I will listen to every words you say, and how do you pronounce your last name. I filled out a questionnaire from NWest Allied Phyiscians and told them of my horrific experience. I was disregarded, and was not listened to at all. I am soon 78 years old. I canceled everything. A few days ago I received a **** that charged ******** nearly $500. I called their billing center and no one answered the call. I went online to try and make a Contact and finally left a voicemail. No one has ever called me back. I called ******** Fraud and they are concerned. This company said I spend between 45-and 59 minutes with Dr *****. No. 5 minutes **** I drove to ********* to Scripps and was told I did not need hip Replacement as my instant X-ray was transmitted and I received Cortisone injections. Advised to continue water physical therapy and knead and stretch. Northwest is a dangerous medical LLC. STAY AWAY
