  I went to Tucson ENT once in August of 2022, an initial consultation about my sleep apnea. I met with a Dr ***, I explained I recently moved to Tucson and was establishing with a new ENT Dr. I was diagnosed years ago with sleep apnea and already had a cpap device . However I was using an old machine I had gotten 15 years ago because I was told my Phillips the machine I was using by them could potentially cause cancer. I also told Dr *** that I was in contact with Philips and they explained they would send me a new machine if I got a prescription from my Dr. Dr *** refused to write a prescription instead gave me a referral for a sleep therapist. The old machine was outdated and not set at the proper titration levels giving me no relief, I believed Dr *** was negligent. I contacted my insurance company and started a investigation into the negligence. I also called Tucson ENT and left a detailed voicemail to the office manager, who never responded to my voicemail. Today I received a letter from a collection company from Tucson ENT for $360.83. I contacted my insurance company and they called Tucson ENT with me on the line . I spoke with the billing manager where she claimed to have never received my voicemail left for the manager, I was also told by my insurance rep that calls and voicemails were made to office manager and no response when I requested an investigation. Tucson ENT completely side stepped the investigation process and sent me to collections with not returning my calls or the insurance company’s. Maybe my negligence investigation should be brought up on more of a state level because clearly this office and physician has zero respect for their patients well being and health .
