This company calls me several times a day even after I have told them to please stop calling me and to take my name off of the call list. I have blocked several of the phone numbers they use but they continue to call me from different numbers. They have told me they will remove my name but has yet to do it.Business response

This complaint should not be directed towards my business. This consumer has not been contacted by me nor have they contacted me. I did not know of this person until now. I do not make outbound calls except to those who first contact me either by phone or email unless they are a current client. I’m not licensed in the state that this person resides in so I wouldn’t be calling them even if I did make outbound calls. I do not use multiple phone numbers; I only have one number.
Please have the complainant call the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) help desk at ************ and file a complaint about the phone calls. If they still have a record of the numbers they blocked give that information to the help desk so CMS can follow up. CMS has been getting a lot of complaints about unsolicited phone calls and are trying to crack down on the call centers that place those calls.Initial Complaint

I'm on do not call list. They call me everyday even on Sunday. They call me at least 3 times a day . Trying to get me to pick insurance company. They will not leave me alone. I've asked them more times than I can count not to call. Please help me I'm at my witts end. Please please helpBusiness response
