We rented a total of 7 suits. We expressed that the guys would not be able come in when the suits were picked up because some were coming from another state last minute and we live 2 hours away. We were told during their fitting that they will fit because they came in for the measurements. They assured us no worries. I picked up the suites. We trusted that they were measured correctly. One suit had a broken button we had to safety pin down, one had a broken toe clasp we had to pin, my 5 year olds sons tux came with an adult tie which he tripped on and his vest strap was broken we had to tie it, my husbands was all wrong; his pants were way too short and way too big. During the wedding he had to hold up his pants instead of my hands and then had to change into jeans for pictures and the reception, and suit was too big too. I can Understand small discrepancy but not broken suits and way too big. Our wedding pictures had my husband in jeans.. I brought them back and was told oh well and someone will call but they haven’t. My wedding was not as planned with this issue. My husband couldn’t concentrate on our vow exchange or hold my hand during it because his pants were way too big and would fall down. I am hurt and angry.
