We purchased a Hisun side by side back in April, the moment we night we have had to take it into repair shop. First time in repair shop Ride now took care of it and we’re able to get parts etc from Hisun. We have had nothing but issues with our until that it has been in the shop longer than we’ve owned it . August we had to take it back it and it’s been nothing but a nightmare between Hisun and rode now. I finally took it upon my self to contact Hisun and put a complaint against them as well. They sent out a tech from Texas to come look at our unit and let us know they have ride now the parts and direction to take to get us taken care of but here we are November 1st still with no unit that we bought for our kids who can’t even enjoy it . My Happy sand has contacted ridenow on many occasions to be told the same crap every single time that they are waiting on Hisun. I have called Hisun and they do not see any work orders for our unit . Before we take this further we reached out to our tech from Hisun who sent us confirmation emails from him to ridenow and ridenow states it’s Hisun and we have to wait . This is complete bullshit. Then previously my husband asked if ridenow could buy this back to get something better quality and this was possibly and option and that they would get with the manager and call us back but to think about what we were interested in. Of course no call back again another trip and call from my husband and now they say we have to wait until unit is fixed .. HELL NO we are done paying for something we don’t have . Til this day we were told by ridenow that Hisun is to blame yet Tong from Hisun has sent my husband confirmed emails. Ridenow we aren’t done buy this until back so we can purchase something that actually works for my kids or take it completely back. Never would I recommend this business to anyone and it’s very unfortunate I am very involved with the community and this is the last place I would recommend.
