I hired *****'s Moving to move my household possessions from ******* to **********. The two employees who packed and loaded the truck and later delivered it were **** and ****. To say they did an excellent job would be an understatement. They were exceptional. They were fast, efficient, friendly, very courteous and extremely competent. They packed all my fine china, many serving pieces and art decor, large artificial plants and even a 7 foot tall art piece made of gourds. Nothing was broken or damaged. They laid out many runners on the floor so that the dolly would not leave any marks. They were very careful not to hit walls or leave any marks when moving large objects. They totally wrapped and protected all the furniture they moved. They made helpful suggestions when appropriate..I would not hesitate to suggest *****'s Moving company to anyone planning a move. All the employees contected were pleasant and helpfui and I would expecially recommend **** and his helper **** to handle the move if they are available.Their work was exceptional from start to finish.*********************Review from Wendy H

We used Ralphs for a cross country move. Everything went great. We dealt with many kind, hard working individuals. We moved on the exact day we wanted to move. Our belongs were packed, loaded, moved, and unloaded in a professional and timely manor. We are beyond satisfied with the service we received.Review from Joel M

I was billed > $2K from **************'s to Atlas *** Lines for a move that was never quoted. It took > 5 months, and only received a partial credit. No justification of either the original charge nor the partial credit. They were not very responsive to say the least. STAY AWAY!Ralph's Moving and Storage Response

This was the first time we had used a professional moving company. I'd recommend looking somewhere else for your moving needs. We had a bike we were trying to get rid of. My daughter had won it for school but we had got them bikes for Christmas so we had a extra. I told the movers about it and one of the guys was interested. He asked if it was the bike with training wheels. We advised No, that was our six year old. We went outside and showed him the bike that we were getting rid of. It was the only bike still with a tag on and our son's bike was the only one with training wheels. He says he will take it and that was that.. Until our stuff gets to ************** and can you guess what isn't in it..? Our six year olds bike!! We had to explain to our son why he was missing a bike. To take from a child is unacceptable. Not to mention the broken items we have unpacked. This was a company move and we have advised our company of this situation in hopes that they will never use them again and no one will go through what we did.Ralph's Moving and Storage Response

Good afternoon, we apologize for this mistake. This issue was not brought to the attention of our company until your review. We spoke with the driver, and we called ************ immediately, who advised us he only spoke to the booking company and had not informed us of the issue to rectify. We thank ************ for taking our call, and for letting us resolve this issue. We offered to ship the bike out or reimburse for the costs; ************ requested reimbursement, which was mailed out immediately.Review from Joseph I

**************** lady who handled the call could not provide any details, shipping information completely failed to contact me regarding when I was to receive my shipment, zero info provided , lady states attempted calls , they apparently had written wrong number, more importantly they are NOT a trust worthy company to deal with and will ensure the military shippers are aware of their bogus reputation for service. Ralphs should have sent an email if they could not make the effort to call and we would have been making arrangements to receive our property. No documents to state that all our household goods were shipped out of the warehouse. Customers should be aware of this bogus shipping company and fire that rude lady who answers the phone and is clueless of her job much less to assist customers.Ralph's Moving and Storage Response

Thank you for your feedback, however, our records indicate the office tried to call you multiple times on the number you provided and called us back on eventually. When advised that you do not have a voicemail set up, you responded with, "Why should I have a voicemail?". You were also emailed several times; last email was to advise date and time driver was picking up your shipment from ******* warehouse on 5/3/2022. The office staff that attempted to assist you on this matter, you berated, yelling at them and calling them "stupid and you don't know what you're talking about!" and refused to let them provide any information.Review from Whyatt P

Dont bother with with company me and my family moved from ******* to ******** and in the beginning everything seemed like it was going smooth, until they left my property on 9/28 my belonging left in their trucks to their storage where they were suppose to weigh the truck, unload it into another and give us the full weight and price of shipment and contact us with said information. 5 days later I still heard nothing from these people no receipt, no invoice no nothing. And then when it finally arrived in ******** almost 10 days later, still no invoice no receipt just a **** worth 24,000$ We were also told RALPHS would bring my belongings but instead they decided to take it upon themselves and subcontract with another moving company and didnt bother to tel me until after my things were already on the way not only did they do EVERYTHING listed above upon receiving my belongs almost everything was either ripped open as if someone got into my things, the boxes were crushed I FOUND MOLD IN MY FRIDGE because they didnt pack it properly things were just straight MISSING and there are a lot of thing I cant get back because they SHATTERED MY HEIRLOOMS WHEN THEY SAID FAILGE ON ALL SIDES because of their unbelievable unprofessional owner and his workers i suggest this dude find a profession hes actually good at.Ralph's Moving and Storage Response
