              I purchased a battery at this location on approximately 19 Sept 2023 and installed it in my vehicle. At the time of purchase, I was informed that there was a warranty on the battery, but not provided with a terms and conditions details. The battery failed the next day and would not accept a charge. When I attempted to exchange the battery at the store, the company representative informed me that as I mentioned in passing that the battery was installed in a vehicle other than the one in their records, they would not honor the warranty. This omits many of the details of the encounter (not the least of which is that the vehicle I installed the battery in was never sold in the US, and is not even an option in their system), but this captures the highlights: I bought a battery, was told there was a warranty, and they refused to honor the warranty. I would like these things: - A complete refund - An apology from the employee - Assurances that interpretation of the warranty will not be made at point-of-sale employees
