      If I could give a zero rating I would. I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change appointment. They had me wait in line 30 minutes before checking me in and took men in line behind me. It took 4.5 hours before my car was ready, they also missed upon inspection a s**** in the right back tire which they ultimately fixed. They also stated it needed rear brakes that were at 2mm which was critical and the cost would be $210. I declined and picked up brake pads at Auto Zone. Once home we changed brake pads and to my surprise it was very hard to tell the difference between the new pads and the old ones. Its sad because had I agreed to them doing the work I wouldve never known that this was a scam. How many other clients are they doing this to?

      I recently had pack rat damage done to my car. I had it towed to the dealership for it to be fixed. From start to finish I was extremely unhappy with their customer service. We received a call about the damage the following afternoon. ******** was our point of contact. She gave me an estimate over the phone, the largest part being labor. She quoted us at 4.5 hours of labor about $170 an hour. She told us it would 'hopefully' be ready by the end of the day the next day. Exactly 1.5 hours after giving them the go ahead to complete the work, they called and said it was finished. While I absolutely love the speedy turnaround, they still charged us with 4.5 hours of labor. Of course it's either pay up or don't get our car back. I tried to get ******** to explain to me why we would still be charged for longer labor that didn't actually occur, however she couldn't give me a valid reason. She passed me on to another person named **** who of course ignored my call and voicemail all together. People talk about dealerships and repair shops overcharging because we are sort of at their mercy, however I'm truly disappointed by this business and will NEVER go back for anything other than to take advantage of our already paid for maintenance for life.

      Holmes Tuttle Ford is a horrible dealership. I would never trust them with my business or maintenance. They tried to intimidate and bully me to cancel a signed contract and loan they authored after I had it for 27 days. It required me to get a lawyer to resolve the issue. Don't let them try to push you around. Please read below for specifics. Below is my saga in a very condensed version: On 28 Jul 2022 I signed a contract with Holmes Tuttle Ford with 0% financing for 72 months. On approximately 17 Aug 2022 I received my first statement from **** Credit to include my established 0% financing and an account number. On 24 Aug 2022; 27 days post signed contract, a Holmes Tuttle Ford finance manager said come in and sign at 3.9% since my loan is invalid with **** Credit. I spoke with the finance manager and sales manager and they said if I dont sign a new contract we will repossess your car. On 25 August 2022 I walked into Holmes Tuttle Ford at around **** to find the General Manager. He went on to explain how this is my fault multiple times. He finally said I am going to call the police and report the **150 stolen. Next, Holmes Tuttle Ford and **** Credit flat canceled my loan without my approval. Next I found a fantastic consumer protection lawyer and wrote the Holmes Tuttle Ford CFO to contact my attorney with any inquiries. After multiple correspondences with my lawyer and Holmes Tuttle Ford I was able to get a new signing done on October 31st 2022. This was for the 0% financing for 72 months. Holmes Tuttle Ford paid my lawyer fees, gave me back my maintenance for life contract, sent me a check for my price match from **** Motor company and added an additional $1,000 of **** incentives. The Intimidation, bullying and lies from Holmes Tuttle Ford starting 27 days post signing and loan establishment with **** Credit is completely unacceptable. I had to retain an attorney to resolve the issue.

      There are no open or outstanding issues with our customer or his contract at this time respectfully, the issues were all settled last year with our customers attorney. We do not fully agree with the statements made in our customers review and do apologize he did not have a great experience at our dealership. We did work with him to address all of his concerns and all items were settled. At no time was the refund or price check denied to the customer - the delay was in contracting.

      I bought a truck f 150 2021 the price for the truck was $64.470 total before discounts And before I signed they raise the price on the truck so the price came out $67.060 I didn't know when I signed the paperwork I left quick and I had a doctor's *********** they said when they delivered my truck to the house I will have my paperwork I didn't go back to the dealership till two months they told me that the price went because shorted of trucks. And they Said sorry they didn't tell me the price went up.

      Zero stars. This is an awful dealership that lied in written text messages and iver the phone. Didnt return numerous calls. Did not respond to numerous texts and emails. Did not deliver car. Refuses to give money back. These guys **** and **** are liars, cheats and thieves. I still dont have a car and they refuse to return 54k unpaid in CASH. THEY REPEATEDLY LIED ABOUT WHEN THE *** WOULD BE DELIVERED AND WHEN IT WAS IN THE ***** FOR DELIVERY. I am not out of town for 2 weeks and they knew I would not be able to take delivery and they refused to cancel the sale and PROMISED NUMEROUS TIMES it would be delivered before I left if I mailed in the contract. They are liars and bullies and misogynists treating me like this because I am a female. They didnt even have to courtesy to reply to any contact.
