I ordered a part from Arizona Infiniti Parts which is some how connected to Infiniti of Tucson as there is where the part came from. On the website it asked me to enter in the VIN number of my vehicle so that the website could verify proper fit. I entered in my VIN and it said that *********** is the correct part for my vehicle. I ordered the part that Arizona Infiniti Parts said would fit my vehicle. I ordered on August 31st, quote number 3408. On September 9th the part was delivered upon opening the part it does not fit anywhere on my vehicle (infiniti QX60) i reached out to the business and they started off friendly however are not solving my issue. Brianna has been emailing me and reached out by phone. originally she stated that the part did in fact fit my car then quickly changed to it did not fit my car. She said that they can refund me my purchase price less 15% restocking fee but could do noting about the $18.19 in shipping. I explained several times that they shipped me the wrong part but she kept saying that is the part number I purchased and she isn't sure what happened on my end but they shipped the part number I requested. I requested a reflector for a QX60 and that is not what that part is. I would just like my money back, It was Arizona Infiniti parts website that gave me the part number to order. She sent me a screen shot of my order which has my VIN number listed but has the wrong vehicle make listed. I can not understand how my VIN number being associated with a different vehicle on their website would be my problem. If their VIN number is inaccurate they should not be saying that is what you should use to verify fit.Business response

Hi *******,
You would think that entering the vin number to your QX60 would give you the correct part, but depending on the vehicle, the vin won't decode the options and packages that were on it. That may have been the problem. So sorry for the trouble, we will give you a full refund. If you still need the part, give us a call and we can get the right one to you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 17935895, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
