      Zero stars. We brought our Pathfinder in for repairs and ************ replaced the anti-theft immobilizer. He purchased the part from Jim Click. The Pathfinder still would not start, so ************ had it towed to the dealer, Jim Click.Jim Click Auto had the car for a week and could not figure out what was wrong with it. Their service department went as far as to tell ************ that probably the part it might need is no longer available when in fact it was. After Jim Click had the vehicle for a week, they determined that maybe they sold my mechanic a defective part. They replaced the anti-theft immobilizer and ***** it started right up. Jim Click charged us $550.00 in labor to replace their defective part.I want a refund of the $550 labor charged by Jim Click to replace their defective part. I left messages with Jim Click but do not expect them to call.

      THE OVERALL EXPERINCE WITH THE SERVICE ***** IS ONE OF EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT!!! *********************, SERVICE MANAGER , AFTER HIS SERVICE ADVISOR ****** STATED THE PART I REQUESTED COULD BE REMOVED FROM MY VEHICLE, HE STATED IT COULD NOT BE REMOVED! SO I WAS STUCK WITH A ******* BILL! MANAGEMENT SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME AND AFTER A WEEK WITH NO CONTACT I FEEL THERE WILL BE NO RESOLVE.

      This customer purchased this vehicle used and brought it to us with a rattle concern on passenger front, customer was advised that the side curtain airbag was deployed and never replaced, customer was provided a quote to replace the airbag and advised that if there were any remaining codes after airbag replacement that it may need a module and possibly a harness, customer authorized replacement of airbag and when further repairs were needed he wanted the airbag removed, this is a non returnable part, customer was provided with a 15% discount and he came and paid his bill and picked up the car. It should also be noted that customer had another concern of no heat coming from vents where the diagnosis revealed that the hvac unit would need to be replaced.

      Totally disgusted with the product and the service at Jim Click Auto Mall location. I have owned 3 Nissans previously and had no issues. I bought his SUV brand new in 2018 and have had problems off and on since the day I bought it. The service manager will not respond to my emails or phone calls about my last service experience. He had told me previously to reach out to him for any problems.The service tech wrote down on 7/6/21 after a multi point inspection that I needed $539.93 of work for services that I had done by them on 4/13/21. They said I needed back brakes, they did the brake job and a ***************** filter, they replaced those as well.They also told me I needed $250 dollars of work to replace belts that were cracking. I just took it to ********* and they said they see no cracks and that the belts look fine!I feel like this dealership deceives their customers and tries to extort money from unsuspecting customers.The service technician on 7/6y was rude and walked away when I brought the discrepancies to her attention, they also took 1 month to get an appointment for my service for life prepaid benefit and wouldn't evewn look at a issue with the seat that I had brought forward when I made the appointment.The last straw is today when they lied about the belts needing replaced!.
